I need a development team for data integration project

Project Description:-
We are looking for the development team to develop integration platform by unifing the data. Our objective is based on a Common Data Bus model to facilitate unified data source for using the data by upcoming analytics applications. This would help to adopt a unified approach when considering this analytics landscape vision for an FMCG industry like us to increase sales.
Objective:-
The objective to develop this portal is as follows:-
- To create a dedicated platform so as to make a single data-source for analytics.
- To increase data re-usability.
- To create a single place for data transformation.
- Data integration of structured, unstructured information available on different sources.
- Reduced direct integrations with key business application.
- To create ideal centralized service for all data in an organization.
- To build a real-time streaming platform.
- To create a platform which run very large data streams in real time.
