I need a flash developer for a few self-contained, non-web, interactive presentations

Looking for an intermediate to experienced Flash developer to create a number of small interactive presentations. These applications will be non-web, non mobile, standalone on PC (Win 7). PHP and java would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite.
3-5 week contract beginning immediately. Ongoing development may occur beyond this time frame and that can be quoted in addition to budget here. Applicant will be provided with layered photoshop files (and layouts), sketches, text documents, animations, movies, vector art and written and verbal instructions. Applicant should have good design skills as many of those decisions will need to be initiated by the applicant. Customer will comment and suggest changes as needed sometimes offering pshop files or ai files with changed layouts.
3 Interactive applications will be created in portrait mode 1080x1920 and 1 application in dual screen mode (two interactive sensors across an expanded desktop/stage 2160x1920.)
Simple PHP may required to allow flash to gather assets from the web or local files.
Customer will own all work product including code and flash/flex files.
Customer is well versed in Flash and AS3 so can offer suggestions and solutions and code snippets and swfs, as well as other assets such as animation, 3D elements (there will be no true 3D in in the flash development)
English comprehension is important.
