I need a programmer to send and receive messages to a socket in Visual Studio.

For the back end, I need a programmer to send and receive messages to a socket in visual studio. Would need to be able to send multiple messages at once. I will share some documents with shortlisted candidates, but specifically Im looking to build something for the messages on page 21.

On the front end, I would need to be able to see all the numbers received back in a clear way. There would be a Refresh or Update button that, when clicked, would send messages to the socket to receive updated information.

They would also need to be able to walk me through the details of what they had built so that I would be able to fix it if anything went wrong.

You would need to be able to use Visual Studio effectively. Im open to using excel and VBA if it would be fast enough.
