I need google play market expert to solve game country availability problem

Hi, Ive been working on a cards game for 4 month, and want to publish it on google play, after i upload my game i received an email from google that says: your game is no longer available to Google Play users in all of the middle-east countries, and the cause is: Policy issue: Apps that simulate gambling, or games of chance or skill that are conducive to gambling are prohibited in the above locales. Here although there is tons of games like my game on google play and available for the middle-east and here is an example: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.tamatem.vipbaloot If any one have a solution for this problem or run into a similar one, please comment below. Thank you.
