IIS hosed on Windows 10 pro machine.
Tried to import from windows 7 machine running IIS into windows 10 iis using commands and XML. When you open it is blank and cant do anything with it. Tried to uninstall, reinstall and repair .net as well. I have done everything but do a system restore. I would rather fix it than restore and it is not guaranteed to be successful. The successful fix will be to migrate IIS from one machine to the new one and attach to the database.
