Illustrator needed to create colourful children's map design

The brief is to create a fun, colourful and educational visual for children of all ages.

Please take note of the requirements below:

1) The map must be simple, colourful and eye catching.
2) Distinct aspects of the countries should be included (where space permits) - use folder for reference (edit or recreate the images to suit the chosen illustration style). Try not to overcrowd the map.
3) All country names should be included ad, they must be clear and easy to read (feel free to play around with font styles and sizes for each country).
4) The city markers can be stylised as you please but please maintain their positions and a distinction between capitals and other.
5) The positioning of the current country borders must be maintained.

Ive some illustrated maps for inspiration, but please do use your own style when illustrating.

The output for this piece of work must be an editable Illustrator or Photoshop file.

This job was originally posted late last year, but was unfortunately pushed back. Needless to say, were very excited to finally get this off the ground.
