image processing desktop program with 5 variants

I need an image processing and producing desktop program with 5 variants.

1- We will enlist model names and other variants ( filgrane, number of products in the package, free cargo logo, gift name or any other type of bonus )
2- We will select a picture for the program,
2- The program will produce images by mentioning models names and variants on the picture by picking models from the list.
