I need an expert in Google Identity Authentication. Someone who understands Oauth, Oauth2.0, openID Connect, access token, refresh tokens, utilizing cached data, transferring cached data, and Client-Server Implicit Grant flow.

I am looking for a 1-3 hours of very technical and specific advising to solve a very high level problem. Specifically how to circumvent Oauth2.0 without providing any true identifying details to Google.

Must provide information which solves the problem or reveals something not previously know towards solving the problem to receive payment. If no useful information is provided payment will not be given.
