Imminent opening: Seeking a junior entry-level front-end web developer to assist senior developer

Looking for a junior entry-level web developer for basic front-end HTML, CSS, and JS work. You will be assisting a senior full-stack web developer in the U.S. remotely on various eCommerce and dynamic website productions. Web design and back-end (e.g. PHP) experience are pluses, but not required.


Your duties will mostly entail:

(1) Commenting all pre-existing HTML, CSS, and JS code according to a strict system
(2) Validating HTML, CSS, and JS code
(3) Debugging HTML, CSS, and JS code
(4) Converting any non-modular code to MVC architecture
(5) Writing CSS media queries to ensure RWD
(6) Maintaining version control for projects


You will be required to have:

(1) Availability for various hours between 10 AM - 3 PM (GMT-5)
(2) Not perfect, but decent English (better written than spoken, is fine)


Skills that are sought (minimum proficiency level):

(1) HTML (100%)
(2) CSS (75% +)
(3) Vanilla JS (50% +)
(4) OpenCart (50% +)
