Are you a phone aficionado? Are you fun, friendly and able to connect with an incoming caller in an effective, positive way? If So, We want to hire you Today!

This will be an ongoing, long term, part time assignment, it starts with roughly 20+ hours per week, and will have raises after 6 months training and performance review. You must meet the following requirements to be considered:

1. 3 years + of verifiable, recent, active Inside Sales, Call Center and/or Customer Support work via phone, email, online chat and online messaging.
2. Availability/ Flexibility for hours from 6:00 am PT to 8:00 pm PT Monday thru Sunday.
3. Computer savvy with GSuite, Google Calendar, and other Online tools.
4. Are located in CA, or will accommodate working in Pacific Time.
5. Are comfortable using soft phone and/or VOIP technologies.

Background considered a big plus, but isnt a requirement is:

Hands on experience working within the Home Improvements/Home Services niche.
Hands on experience working with contractors, builders, or any scheduled Onsite projects.
