We are a US based software company with some software that automatically drives more conversions/conversions and interactions (based on the four most common failings of U.S-based websites).

About the Product

The product is an automated conversion tool that activates 4 features to boost site performance. (Note any feature can be deactivated at any time, meaning you can use all or just one feature)

1. Proof: displays reviews and statistics to help build credibility and trust with anonymous site traffic and increases time on site and engagement with the site

2. Capture: behavioral popups that fire on the website to drive bookings, signups or subscribers. (Up to 14.9% capture rate)

3. Chat: our messaging integration direct with Facebook, helps answer questions that site visitors have. We typically see between at 14 and 32% engagement rate depending on the industry. (It is working really well for venues, restaurants, construction companies, health care offices, accountants - really any brick and mortar businesses with a physical location (ie NOT ECOMMERCE)

4.Metrics: Performance insights in the the website and the features of the product

About the end user - these are people you work with

The end user is typically a small business in the US / Canada / UK / Australia with a physical address like an accountant, doctor, dentist, lawyer, realtor etc. They have a website with a little bit of traffic, reviews on a few platforms like Yelp, Google my business etc and a Facebook page. The product works perfectly for these websites. They typically DONT have any existing software running on their website to boost conversion or engagement

About the job ($$$)

Up to $250 per website installation - installation and set up takes less than 15 mins. Once installed and configured the product automatically runs 24/7

About you

* You MUST be available for a 15 min interview

* You have had more than 3 years experience working with SMB sites

* You have worked with clients in the U.S and Europe before (must be english speaking websites)

* You understand basic software installation via Google tag manager or Wordpress plugins / script installations
