Influencer event outreach manager needed ASAP

Position Description:

Responsible for outreaching and maintaining relationships with social media Influencers. Researching ideal influencers to attend the convention that matches our demographic. Keeping a clear line of communication and working closely with multiple departments.

Duties include:

Provide support for all Brand Ambassador Con Influencers, ensuring that all needs and contract agreements are met prior to, during and after the show.
Outreach to Influencers on all social media platforms.
Continue relationships and build outreach to over 100 influencers and promotional companies.
Weekly report to the event manager


Experience & Education

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Email formatting a must
Understanding of the brand ambassador industry
Experience in working with Google Sheets and Google Slides
Job Type: Temp to Part-Time

Experience:

WordPress: 1 year (Preferred)
Event Planning: 1 year (Preferred)
Marketing: 1 year
