Install PGadmin-4 in Desktop Mode on a Mac

The job is for someone knowledgeable on the the nuances of installing PGadmin-4 in desktop mode to screenshare with me as we install the newer tool and connect to both of my databases on Heroku/AWS.

I have not been able to get Pgadmin-4 to install on my Mac in Desktop mode. Granted, I'm not that very familiar with its installation procedure, but it installs in Server mode no matter what I've tried.

Pgadmin-3 is currently installed, but a recently updated database version for one of my servers is not supported in the older product.
