Integrate stand-alone Ionic app with Laravel back-end, so user stats can be tracked and reported

We have built a stand-alone language tutor system in ionic/Angular to teach languages and test students, and have partially built a lesson creation tool in Laravel (intended to be run by teachers).

Now, we need a developer to review these, and add/test new functionality.

Heres a summary of key tasks:

1. Upgrade the Laravel server to run a more current version of Laravel
2. Add user-management and login functionality to the Laravel server (for students, teachers, and administrators)
3. Modify the ionic client to communicate with the Laravel server
4. Add login functionality to the client to permit access by students known to the Laravel server
5. Modify database and functions on the Laravel server to store/support student training-data
6. Pass stats, as students execute clients, back to the Laravel server, and store everything for each student
7. Add a user-stats reporting function on the Laravel server to display training-stats for any student
8. Add a reporting function on the Laravel server to display a summary analysis of training-stats for a selected group of students

This needs to be tested and completed in time for an upcoming pilot (approx mid Feb), with a potential bonus (to be negotiated) for on-time satisfactory completion.
