Interior Designer needed for Caribbean vacation home.

We are looking for an Interior Designer to aid with the design and specifications for a house on the Caribbean Island. The building is currently being renovated. following damage from hurricanes. The successful candidate must be able to do provide the following:

- Create an interior specifications including materials
- Create interior elevations for areas requiring detail such as kitchen and bathrooms
- Create a lighting specification (Electrical plan is already completed, however light fixtures are only partially specified)
- Exterior specification (minor specification to aid the selection of items for the exterior)
- General idea of furniture selection

The creation of 3D renders is a plus, however you will be working closely with an existing designer who is able to produce 3D renders for the client to view the space.

All products specified are to be purchasable for the Island or nearby Florida (To be confirmed with the client).

We expect the successful candidate to work closely with the client to get a good idea of style, colors and requirements.

CAD drawings and SketchUp model can be provided of the proposed building.
