This study is about a retail chain in Malaysia who is trying to fix their order management issue.
Currently the retail chain owns 600 over outlets and being served directly by the distributors with the stocks. There are 160 over distributors whom distribute stocks throughout the month for these stores. Most of the times, the retail stores have to order in a large amount to the distributors due to the MOQ and needed to stock up a huge inventory.
