iOS and Android App Development

Im looking for a mobile app developer to devlop an education/learning mobile app to start, and then at least one more but maybe two. I will take care of the design, prototype and assets, and will provide those all from Adobe XD, so I need someone who can do the coding. I am looking for estimates, and prefer a fixed-price system. I have put $5 here because the budget field is required, but clearly thats not mu budget! I am looking now for the best freelancer who can do the work for the best price and who is interested in working together.

I am looking for someone who is interested in creating a trusting, working relationship so we can work together on a few projects over the next year - depending on both our schedules - and even more if the apps are successful.
