iOS / Android App Developer for buisness schedule app with bookings / location GPS

I need to create applications for a company where it will be:

create accounts for employers (they cant see each other)

employers will be able to register to application but they have to be verified and accepted by me

work schedule (booking a jobs not by customer - app will be only for company + employers) possibility to choose a job (pick up open shift) the work will be in different locations, so when I check in, I want the employees location to be visible.
when the employee finishes work, I also wants to see the location - if check in was outside location i want get alert !

set different hourly rates depending on the working hours (eg one rate for hours from 6am to 6pm, from 6pm to 10pm next rate and from 10 pm to 6 am again another rate)

make sure that is one hour break between taking another job

this application is supposed to be similar to the Handy application - cleaning service

Im looking for someone to cooperate in future / updating app etc.
