IOS App development project

Hi, we need an ios Application (we already hired another developer for android so now we need only ios developer), THESE ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR FAMILABOOKS APP,
Name of Apps: Familabooks
WORK EXPECTED
Develop and design Native Hybrid Android and IOS Apps With the following specifications:
- App icon
- Source Code - Splash screen
- Network integration - Push notifications
- Mobile operating system
- App sync to our website through API
- Books to be in ePub
- Buyers should be able to read purchased books from the app, but the book(s) must not be COPIABLE or TRANSFERABLE to others, People should only read in their account on the app.
- Authors should be able to publish or delete their books and set prices (epub, audiobooks)
- Buyers from a country other Country than Nigeria should pay in DOLLARS. Nigerian Buyers will pay in NAIRA
- Integration of payment processors: Paystack and Paypal
- Books can be read OFFLINE (in-app) when user(s) have downloaded to their library
Others will be synced directly from the websites API.
- The Android/IOS Apps will contain all pages like our Website,
- Apps will Perform all functions like the website and can update automatically as we post on the site or update the site.
- App will not be the conversion of our website or it Mirror
For more clarification, the other functions that will be synced with the websites API are:
>> User registration (email, facebook, twitter)
>> User Login (email, facebook, twitter)
>> User profile (view and update)
>> Password reset
>> Comments on book(s)
>> Report a book
>> View latest books
>> View popular books
>> View featured books
>> Search books
>> Search by Author
>> Search by Category
>> Authors list
>> Book(s) rating

we already hired another developer for android development of the above project!
I am a company project manager and we need ios developer for further projects as well!
so we will make a skype group and you both (ios/android) developers can work on the project!

your responsibility is to only develop ios app (not android),

he already accepted the budget almost near to 140$, do we will pay you the same!
