IOS app needed for live radio broadcast

We are launching an app for a live Muslim channel. With a morning and evening live broadcast session.

The app will be basic to start of - so a hybrid app. Maybe using a 3rd party broadcast plug in like Mixlr to start off.

We want to use the app to gather information too, to able to generate a subscription list.

The app will also need to give notifications of the broadcast. And have a schedule timetable.
