ISO someone to fix a minor issue on my WordPress site

I need someone to fix a minor problem on my Wordpress site that was built using Elementor Pro and the Ocean WP theme.

The problem is that the website name is not displaying on the tabs in internet browsers.. I will share a screenshot with right freelancer so you can see what I mean.

Ive tried to fix it but when I do, the website name appears on all of my website pages.. and I dont want that. I need it hidden on the pages, but showing on browser tabs.

Hope this makes sense, let me know if you have any questions - should be a quick fix for someone who knows what they are doing!
