Im building a SaaS platform with the aim to raise 1.5 Million dollar investment. Im looking for an IT partner to join me and will own 30% of the company, in exchange of the following:

To raise the investment, I need the IT partner to build the minimum viable product (MVB)
The Platform in influencer marketing platform.

Currently I do influencer marketing and I generate good annual profit. I have few promises from investors if we were able to do the MVB, we will get the first investment round.
