*Knowledge of Routers Configuration (LAN/WAN)
*CCNP level
*Strong hands-on experience
*Palo Alto, Cisco experience
* Good English Communication Skills
* Visit our customer for onsite support & replace/install parts
* Hardware / Software Maintenance, Configuration & Installation
* Troubleshoot Routers & Replace components (Network cards/SPA etc)
* Experience on Infrastructure ( IT, Switches, Server, Data Center )
* Imaging desktops and laptops using SCCM
* Handling different operating systems
* Asset/Inventory Management at sites
* Desktop/Network Printers Management at site
