Japanese Audiobook narration price estimate wanted

Im having trouble finding information and talent sources for Japanese audiobook voice narrators (not necessarily pro, but some experience would be great). On ACX, narrators seem to range from $50 per finished hour to about $250 per finished hour--which is the industry-standard framework. However, they have no Japanese narrators.

The Japanese narrators I have seen in my Internet search seem to bill per word or per Japanese character , and seem to be rather higher than what I see on ACX and other platforms. Are there any Japanese narrators out there? Please let me know what your per-finished-hour rates are and if you can provide audiobook standard audio.
