Java Desktop App (Mac): Scrape information from website

Simple java application require which should require to run on Mac os.

.1. User will input one excel file which contains addresses.
2. Hit one url with address parameter which return hain.
3. In above hain response there is one id. Take this id to hit second url
4. From this url 8 need 3 fields which will append to input file. (Input columns + these 3 fields)
Separate Output file CSV is also fine.

I need this in four hours. Only experienced java developer needed.
