Java Web based Dashboard (JavaScript and Data-viz preferred)

A short project which needs to development of Dashboard, UI has been fixed (see attached), and the application (or web page) could be integrated into our Portal (J2EE project).

The Dashboard will be refreshed everyday, the data will be provided by REST API, so normally no need to worry about data. But the visualization is highly important and must follow the specification.

Technical needs:
- HTML/CSS
- JavaScript/D3/Echarts
- Front-end development
- Communication with back-end development
