Jenkins Powershell deploy job

Let me explain what i am trying to achieve, we have jenkins server on domain A, java appserver running on domain B, java appserver is running on windows 2008 r2 servers. from domain A we use a jump server to RDP to domain B servers. Jenkins agent is installed on the jumpserver. So now i need to create a jenkins job to trigger the powershell which inturn calls jython script to do the java application deployment on the windows server. Prior to kick off that script i need to copy the ear/war file for application deployment from domain A to the folder on the windows server in domain B. Hope it is clear, please let me know if anyone interested in this project.
