We are looking for a professional team to create a job portal for models in the asian region. Our company is registered in Bangkok, Thailand. In general we need the following functions.

Model accounts
Agency accounts (not visible, signed models can select agency in registration)
Client accounts
Browse model portfolios (book button in profile)
Book model - Job posting with question wizard
Matching between Job details and Model database
Suggest models matching to job to client
Select models and sent Job request to model/s
Model accepts or declines job
Messaging enabled
Payment by client to confirm booking (Full model salary, Kredit card, wire transfer)
Payout to model after job date (Paypal, wire transfer, 10% commission deducted, Payout manually)
Rating for both model and client
