1. Assist Project Manager/ Project Coordinator to prepare the detailed technical implementation
activities for the work activities with consideration to the risk, dependencies and constraint

2. Assist Project Manager/ Project Coordinator to monitor the technical delivery against the
overall execution plan.

3. Assist Project Manager/ Project Coordinator to monitor the technical requirements (i.e.
TIP, Bo M) against the project scope and design.

4. Act as liaison between SME and Technical Lead Team

5. Act as Change Owner representative for the project.

6. Ensure risk and issues are correctly raised and resolved in a timely manner.

7. Provide hosting and Operating System (Unix/Linux /Windows), server and storage) or network
system (routers, LAN Switches) installation services of IT&S Project.

8. Provide documents needed to progress the project activities, including the facilitation of other
resources that contribute to document creation.

9. Provide consultancy of IT hosting or IT network related services.

10. Provide consultancy of all significant risks to project delivery.
