We are in need of a new install of kannel on an Ubuntu machine. This will be based off a previous install. Therefore all config files will be provided. What we need is the following:

- lastest Kannel installed
- ability to send messages via URL and MySQL database
- ability for remote databases to connect via ODBC to transfer outgoing messages to kannel.send_sms table
- Kannel monitor kannel.send_sms as it acts as an outgoing queue
- once messages are sent the are placed in kannel.sent_sms table
- creation of dlr database where carrier delivery receipts can be place
- create root access that can be accessed via ssh
- install VNC for access to GUI
- creation of webpage where we can monitor kannel status and stop/restart service if need be
