Landing Page And Template for Word Press using WP bakery

I am looking for two parts of a project.

First I would like a template that removes the top navigation and provides simple footer navigation.

Using that template I would like a new landing page built that is editable with WPBakery.
The site will need a Hubspot form placed in it.

The page and template MUST be editable by our inhouse marketing team without any modifications being required in the editor.

I am looking to find a web designer for ongoing projects to take some of the workload off my plate, if this project goes well there will be more.
