Landing Page/ Pre-Order

Hello,
I want a customized landing page build with page builder so I can easily edit it in future, I have made the design of landing page so just have to built it same as the provided design.
I also want a pre order button so when user click on it will redirect to check out page and add all the standard required details in it, also with that need to configure payment system which is stripe and this need to be configure on woocomerce checkout form. And after successful checkout user automatically gets a confirmation email with custom message which Ill provide later. I also want to link the checkout page with mailchimp list so we can save user email to our mailchimp list and send them the product download link later once its available for download.
