Looking for an experienced adviser in structuring an RFP to market and sell a small business. This individual will not only need to be skilled in start-ups, selling of companies, but familiar with P/L, Balance Sheets, and the appropriate documentation to present to sellers.

Im hoping this same individual can assist in mediating the buyout of another company and the two business partners.

Im needing someone very experienced and skilled in selling businesses and putting together or assisting in legal contract.
