We are seeking a freelancer to assist in corporate legal document research and drafting.

We need someone who can work independently and who has strong computer skills. Must be located within the USA. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English a must.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research to support the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
Monitor and ensure compliance with individual state and federal regulations

Tasks include (but not limited to)
Corporate transaction documents
JV agreements
PPMs
Subscription Agreements
General transaction documents
General corporate documents
Organizing & maintaining legal document database

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
Expert in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office generally
Familiarity with legal research
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
