I need a highly detailed article that can explain in easy to understand language Discovery. It is not for the court. It is for training personnel in certain aspects of law and procedure. It is directed to an intermediate to an advanced reader. The more material the better. Based on the FRCP, the writing must be original and cite to rules and other authority. It needs to be in an outline/instructional format broken-down into numbered sections. Discovery is a sprawling area of law and so to should be this document. It will need to act as a sort of treatise and have several outline/sample motions. The reader, however, will be new to law. At a minimum It will convey:
What discovery is.
How it functions in court.
types of discovery and the many types of written for each.
Strategy
discovery motions.
Sanctions.
use in a trial.
use in summary judgment.
Is this something you can do?
