Link Two MP4 Video Loops for Use on Website

We have two MP4 loops of a 3D rendered kids playroom; one loop has the room populating with toys, mom, child, and cat upon opening the website; the other loop continues the head-nodding of the mom/child and tail-wagging of the cat the remainder of time the website is being browsed. We need help linking the two MP4s so that the full loop opens with the room populating, and then stays animated with just the mom/child and cat tail wagging. Our website was created on WIX so not sure if this is even possible within the constraints of their system. Need this done as soon as possible. Weve been sourcing help for two weeks, and really need this finished soonest, but can discuss timeline with you if you are able to take us on.
