We have a computer with Ubuntu desktop installed.

We have 20x 4G / LTE USB dongles attached by 2x 10 port USB hubs. For each dongle we must create a proxy / VPN so we can access each dongles IP from any computer in the world, either by white list the IP or credentials - endpoint, port, username, password etc, you must use Open VPN for all these settings, so connection is like VPN.

Also, as all 20 dongles use the same web interface (192.168.0.1) we need to be able to open web interface for each all 20 at the same time. I guess this can be achieved by assigning each dongle / bus / slave to a virtual ethernet or similar on Ubuntu??

Also, when we restart / power cut the computer and restart, all things should auto work correctly / be assigned correctly.
