Local exchange website

So what I want is a website where users from my country can exchange(buy and sell) ecurrency such as bitcoin, ether, lite coin, PayPal, Skrill, neteller, payoneer.
FRONT END
-There should be an option for deposit for each currency and also withdrawal(sell) for each currency, so each of the currency will display its balance and therell also be a bar that shows the total balance of the user for example, BTC: 0.5 SKRILL: 500usd ethereum: 0.2

- There should be something like buy sell buttons at the homepage. Where as the buy should enable users pay with options as bank transfer, quickteller while the sell will take user to deposit after which the user can see an option for sell
- Should be able to calculate btc to usd to naira rate for users
BACK END
- It should give me an option to change fee for deposit
- Option to change buy and sell rate for example I might want to sell at 360/$
