Looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to develop a crowdfunding platform

Hi,

I am looking for a full stack web developer to develop a crowdfunding platform. I have the front end ready but it might need few updates when we start working.

I will share the front end of our platform complete data with shortlisted candidates
All the main pages of the website which are mostly providing the information about our platform, processes, and team.

There is also a front end for the startups which they use to apply for the funds on the platform.

While there are many things clear from the front end, there is a detailed document explaining the use cases of the platform which you can access on website,

Our idea of developing a crowdfunding platform is similar to seedrs.com or crowdcube.com. Here is a list of main requirements of the platform,

1- Login and Sign up of user
2- Pitch creation and submission by startups
3- Investment opportunities live on the platform
4- Payment gateway to invest in the businesses

Here is what we should be able to do on the CMS,

1- Check all the pitches submitted by startups
2- Make pitches live, pause, delete, etc
3- Add users to the system
4- Post blogs, guides, etc

Requirements to find a developer:

I am looking for a very flexible guy who can guide me which tools and technologies are best fit to execute such a project and always should be willing to make changes if we plan to add some new feature or want to remove some feature. The developer should own this project as his own. I like to have occasional updates as well. First of all, I would like to have a development plan like how we will start executing and what would be the phases for the project. My deadline for the project is one month, and there would be few front end changes and additions as well so all you need is to be a flexible expert with excellent communication skills.
