Looking for a java script developer who is familiar with comet chat plugin

Looking for a java script developer who is familiar with comet chat, and can write plugins for it

I need a plugin that will do the following for the chat room feature.

- when images are posted, they have css applied to them which makes the image width:auto max-width:100%

- Change the upload image button to a custom button

- When the custom button is pressed, it asks for an image AND a description of the image the user is posting. Then it will add the description text with the image as it's posted in the chat room

- image description will be a required field

- right now when images are clicked on in the chat room for viewing, it currently asks you to download the file (which is annoying). Need to change this so the image opens inside a light box at full width instead.

Please only apply if you know the comet chat API please.
