Looking for a Project Manager for digital marketing project

I am looking for a Project Business manager to manage all aspects of a digital marketing campaign.

This includes

Managing SEO - Multiple websites
Managing Paid Advertising (adwords, fb, bing, yahoo) - Multiple websites
Managing Social Media projects
Managing graphics designers
Content production
Content scheduling
Blogs
Newsletters
Email campaigns

This includes:

Identification of Scope Work Requirements
*Obtaining Missing Requirements or Unclear Requirements
*Hands on, not just a manager but has the ability to actually perform work or tasks or can find the resources to do so.
*Identifying new contractors for projects
*Identifying contractors ahead of time for recurring types of jobs
* Toogit Experience finding contractors on Toogit and bidding on projects in Toogit


Requirements

***Must have a very flexible schedule and responsive. Available during USA time frames.
Must be able to manage multiple projects
And have super quick response time internally and to customers
Must have good communication skills
Must have excellent organizational skills
Must have a dedicated computer with fast internet
Must have good English written and verbal communication skills
