Looking for a web developer to create ranking website.

This is ranking website which will be used to rank the given list of people, animals, birds, or anything which can be listed and ranked based on given criteria.

Ranking contents are created by the admin of the website, and visitors are allowed to rank the given list as per the criteria.

Features:-
Features of the expected website is listed below based on the role.

1.1 Admin:
Can add/delete a post with voting facility.
Can add/delete a normal post
Can stop accepting voting on a post.

1.2 Visitors
Visitors can read the post details, they can do upvote or downvote on any voting option.
Visitors can see previous posts.
Most engagement post will be listed at top
Visitors can go to other posts from menu list in sidebar,
Trending polls will be shown on the top as notification and slider.

1.2.1 Criteria:
User can see all the post without login
User can vote on one button at least once. This is can be handled by
accepting user email address.
