Looking for an agency to develop Native application

Looking for an experienced team to do the front and backend developer to create application using reactive native for:

1. Android
2. iOS
3. Web
4. Apple tv
5. Web tv

There needs to be a strong technical lead who will manage the development of the app and keep me updated.

6.The team will also develop the Machine learning for the app.

7. There must be a UI/UX developer on the team to create and recreate existing UIs.

8. The team must be cohesive and able to self-manage once they receive a long term plan in form of milestones.

9. SRS will be provided.

10. This project should be around 6 months to complete

11. Must be able to provide dev/ops

12. Must be able to provide QA

13. All Development work must be documents and for future development

* Payment will be a combination of fix rate and hourly
