Looking for an Editor for a NEW YouTube Channel

Looking to hire an editor to edit videos for our YouTube channel. Small detailed script will be provided to you for the edits to help you easily help you with research, the only requirements of this job is that youre willing to find a variety of visual content ranging from video clips, gifs, and images that will keep our viewers entertained throughout the entire video. Basically, youre just writing some text and synchronizing it with clips, gifs, and images. Pretty fast and simple editing as each video are no longer than 3 minutes long, most ranging from 1-3 minutes long. Longer videos are highly acceptable depending on how much information is found, but 1-3 minutes is standard. This would be consistent work and looking to hire someone long-term. 30+ videos a month would be provided for you to edit. As stated before, the more you can edit, the more youll be paid so if you can make 60+ videos in one month then thatll be double pay for the month. ALL videos are really simple to make hence why youre able to produce so much.

-Pay will be on a per video basis, $5 per video for a 3-minute video or less, these are VERY easy videos to make. More videos you can do, the more youll be paid in a day. Videos should take less than a hour to edit hence the pay amount. (Bonus pay is possible when we become profitable)
-A small amount of research is needed for each video edited as the video will be about who a specific celebrity is dating (their boyfriend/girlfriend/wife/husband) each time
-Must have a good PC and internet connection.
-I will show you the style of edits we need, if youre interested in this job application - more so, detailed-oriented instructions on the type of video edits will be provided.
-Must have basic knowledge of the worldwide celebrities
-Have good grammar and spelling
-Must speak English
