Looking for Customer Success Heros (Long term work available)

We are looking for fluent, self-motivated live chat agents. We are willing to pay for the best.
You will be the point of contact for our sellers (were a services marketplace, we connect buyers and sellers of professional services)

Please only apply if you meet the following requirements:

Fluent or Native English Speaking (Must be able to speak English at an idiomatic level with outstanding sentence structure, spelling, and grammar.)
The ability to type at least 65 WPM with above 97% accuracy.
(Ideally, dual screen monitors in a distraction-free home office.)

Required Skills & Experience:

Previous experience within a similar role
Excellent administration skills
Excellent communication & organisation skills
Ability to write clearly and precisely
Conscientious, friendly, respectful and self-motivated
Good judgment & decision making skills
Experience of working in a regulated environment will be beneficial
Computer literate & strong keyboard skills
