Looking for designer/developer Joomla expert and PHP developer with Custom Extensions knowledge

Looking for a Joomla designer/developer expert in PHP and custom developer with Joomla Extensions knowledge to integrate extensions into templates.

We need custom forms and extension made!

Frontend: You should do the front end design, using the existing template, based on a rough draft you receive from my side. The front end shall offer The content that will be provided from my side based on in word/notepad.

Backend:

the developer should just create custom HTML/CSS with Bootstrap and go with a back-end CMS like K2, Craft CMS etc.... If it should it be a custom theme or customize an existing theme. Rocket Themes, HotThemes, Youjoomla. Etc...
