Looking for Experienced Data Processor to filter and format data into a proper mailing list

Please bid on this project only if you have experience filtering data into Microsoft Access or Excel, and can run custom queries, and write functions to make the data proper case, and programmatically split fields like Name into separate first and last name fields.

I have a list containing approximately 50,000 records, that I need filtered by various criteria and formatted into a proper mailing list, exported as a .csv and following a strict field order (filter criteria and sample .csv file will be provided).

If this sounds like an easy project for you, and you have experience doing similar work, please bid on this project, and let me know how fast you can do this and the cost. Subsequent project will follow based on results.
