Looking for experienced Property Manager (Remote)

Were a property management company based in Los Angeles looking for experienced property managers to join our growing team.

Your focus would be on tenant-related communication and functions. Occasionally, you will need to help out with other team functions.

This job can be done remotely. We will provide you with a company phone. You will also be expected to communicate with different parts of our team via Skype and Slack. We operate on Pacific Standard Time.

We would like a minimum of 2 years experience as a property manager. Below is a list of some of your expected responsibilities.

- about 10 tenant inquiries a day
- Tenant screening & applications
- Rent collection
- 3-day pay or quit notices
- Eviction processing
- Tenant customer service
- Data management
- Section 8/HUD
- Creative problem solving
- Organization skills
- Solid verbal & writing skills

This would be an ongoing contract.
