Looking for Ionic+angular developer to add push notifications to our app

We have a fully fledged mobile application built using Ionic 4 + angular . We have tried multiple attempts to integrate push notifications into our app with all failed attempts. We would prefer someone who can start right away to solve this.

Scope
- integrate push notifications using either fire base or one signal where we can actually send a notification

- ensure that the method used allows me to obtain the user Id token from within the app

- we strictly use ionic pro dev dashboard for building our apps so your solution must not require manual editing of the android files directly as this wont build correctly in ionic dev
