Looking for machine learning pattern recognition expert

I am looking for machine learning expert who can develop algorithm for automate donation receipt automatically feed into the system
I have already developed donation system , in which user enter donation receipt manually into the system but my client want to automate it like user scan the receipt and system fetch automatically information from manual receipt. Receipt are written human writing.
Purpose system
first system will learn the receipt handwriting from 5 to 10 receipts and then test based on learning.
if system successfully test then , new receipt will be scanned and then system fetch automatically information from handwritten and then save into the system
Existing donation system is develop in php and Mysql using code igniter framework
